Tips for Maintaining a Regular and Ongoing Level of Physical Activity

If you find yourself missing or skipping your physical activity session:

Ask yourself why?

Injured?

  • If you get injured, you need to see a doctor and determine the cause and exact injury.
  • You will still be able to do some form of exercising while the injury is recovering. If you hurt your shoulder for example, you can still lift weights with you legs and do aerobic activities that do not require you to use the injured area.
  • Any activity is better than nothing.
