It is recommended that physical activity be a part of your daily routine. Ideally, adults should engage in 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity daily or at least 5 days in the week. What types of physical activities are good?
Physical activities are categorized into three basic types: aerobic exercise, strength exercise and flexibility exercise. If possible, one should try to incorporate each type of exercise into their weekly schedule. |
